Ordering & Shipping Questions

Shipping to a Business, Hospital or College

If a gift basket is being shipped to any of these locations, FedEx and UPS will deliver the package to the organization’s designated receiving area. This may be a mailroom, welcome desk or an administrative desk. Hospitals may go to a receiving area and the hospital staff brings the package to the patient's room and in college to the Campus Mail Room and picked up by the student. Many organizations do not allow the delivery driver to enter an office in pursuit of a recipient, so once the package has been signed for; it is the organization's responsibility to make sure the gift reaches the correct person.  Please note: if you select your gift to be delivered on the weekend, this process may delay its delivery.

Atlanta Area Pickup Orders

For Atlanta area customers they will have the ability to pick up the gift basket product directly from our 102 W. Paces Ferry Road Gift Basket Center location.

Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping charges will be applied to your orders. Shipping fees cover processing your order and delivering it safely and securely to you. We prefer all orders to be placed online for accuracy and to help us with shipping, but we do understand that there are times when you may need our assistance by phone or email. Our customer service department is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM EST until 5 PM EST.

Payments and Pricing

Lucy's Market accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through our secure online checkout page. If you need a large, multiple gift basket order for an event for corporate holiday gifts, we will be happy discuss accepting your company check. Purchase orders are also acceptable.

Return and Substitution Policy

We have worked very hard over the years to develop the best packaging solutions possible to ensure that your gift basket arrives in the same pristine condition that it leaves our facility. Returns and replacements requests are rare and therefore handled on individual basis. Of course, if we made a mistake, we will make it right. If something arrives broken or damaged, or an item is missing, please notify us within 7 days. We will gladly send a replacement just as fast as we can. For a variety of reasons, we occasionally run out of a specific item. While this situation does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value in our gift basket products.

Privacy and security your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell or rent any of the information you provided with us. It is only needed so that we may better serve your needs. Every step of the Lucy’s online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable if anyone should attempt to intercept it. To ensure your privacy we have provided a secured socket layer "SSL” to encrypt your transactions. What this encryption device means to you is that any information you share with us, such as your name credit card data, will remain secure and protected as it travels across the Internet to our order processing department.
